This is not a definitive list of the best bakeries in the world — it is my personal journey through the bakeries, pâtisseries, and dessert spots I have visited, tasted, and genuinely enjoyed.
Every place on this list has been visited by me, and every ranking is based on my own experience, including the quality of the pastries, flavour, presentation, atmosphere, service, uniqueness, and overall experience.
For now, the list may be short, but that is part of the fun. As I continue exploring new bakeries, new names will be added and the rankings may change.
Some places may rise. Others may move down. And occasionally, I may discover somewhere that completely changes the list.
So think of this as a living ranking — one that grows with every new bakery I discover.
